Blessing through the cursing

"When you walk in strife, you walk in the wisdom of darkness." - Gloria Copeland

I've caught myself reading the book of James over and over the past few weeks and months ... So much clarity.
Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. (James 3:13-18 ESV)

If anyone lacks wisdom - Let him ask ... God is so faithful to find us in our lacking when we just ask.

"harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace"

“Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. (Matthew 5:11, 12 ESV)

If you know you are in the will of God and you are spoken against, judged, and lied about - REJOICE and be GLAD for your reward is in heaven!
